Questions

What people ask before signing

What exactly does the price include?

The four-layer physical label —printing, materials and delivery— and the whole platform: verification, panel, activation, batch recall, anomaly detection, users, API and support. One number, one invoice.

Why a monthly fee AND a per-label price?

Because the cost has those two shapes. The platform costs the same whether it is idle or flat out —servers, backups, monitoring, support— and that is the fee. The label costs per unit, and that is the per-label price. Rolling it all into the label would make low-volume customers pay for the fixed part.

What counts as a label?

Every unit delivered, once. Scans are not charged: if a container is verified forty times it is still one label. Charging per scan would punish exactly what you want to happen.

What if I move up a tier mid-year?

The price follows the tier your annual volume puts you in, and if the tier above works out cheaper we move you there without being asked. Declaring more volume than you have is never an advantage.

Is there a lock-in period?

No. Labels already delivered are yours and keep verifying while the account is active. If you leave, you export everything —scans, units, cases— in an open format.

How long does an order take?

Codes are generated the same day. Lead time comes from printing and shipping, and depends on quantity and finish: we confirm it in writing before you approve the order.

What would it be in your case?

Tell us how many units you produce per year and in which markets, and we send back a firm number in the same email.
